Busy, Busy, Busy
We seem to be flat to boards this week which is making for a great buzz in the yard. Alex was at the sales in Ireland on Tuesday and we managed to pick up a couple of really goodlooking yearlings, one by Canford Cliffs and the other by Dandyman. The Canford Cliffs yearling has been bought for an existing Owner and Dandyman will be syndicated into the yard, both to run as early two year olds. They arrived home yesterday and travelled over well and tucked straight into their hay.
On Saturday we run three up at Market Rasen, Running Wolf and Ogaritmo are both having their first runs over hurdles and Crafty Roberto is back to hurdling after getting injured this time last year at Sandown. All of their races are hot as the prize money is very good so competition will be tough but they all need to start somewhere!
We will start to get very busy racewise soon but although the warm weather is great we could do with a drop of rain now otherwise we are going to get held up.
