Pollypockett Wins At Southwell

 Polly Pockett went one better on her second ever run by winning at Southwell yesterday in a National Hunt Bumper under a great ride by Harry Bannister.  He led nearly all of the way and when one horse came to her coming into the last furlong she really toughed it out and held on.  She is a really exciting prospect for the future and I am sure the Edging Ahead racing club are going to have lots of fun with her.

It was great to see Maria back in the placings when she came in 2nd yesterday.  Such a tough filly after all she has been through and really good to see her back.  She seems as keen to win as ever and hopefully we can get her back into the winners enclosure again.
