The long trip on a Sunday to Fakenham was well worth it today.   We took Come On Harriet, Running Wolf and Midnight Chorister, all of whom should stand a chance.  Harriet was first off having her first run over hurdles, she had previously run well in her first bumper last season and it was going to be interesting to see how she would go today.  She ran very well against some good mares and dug deep to finish a close up fourth.

Running Wolf was up next having his first run in a handicap.  He jumped and travelled really well to be 2nd, a little further and he would probably have got to that number one spot.

Finally we had Midnight Chorister who was having his first run over fences.  We fitted a hood for the first time today and it seemed to do the trick.  The only sticky moment was at the last and I think that was probably because he was lonely in front.  A real result for his Owners who have been very patient with him as he has had some problems along the way.  Also great that they could all be there and hopefully had a few pennies on.

By the way Harriet and Midnight Chorister are sister and brother so a great day for the family and also for their breeder, Mrs Jane Way, who has great results from the horses she breeds.

Tomorrow we run Take Two at Wolverhampton and then we are quiet tomorrow until Boxing Day when definite plans still have to be decided.
