Autumn Is Here!

It is amazing how time flies and we are already in the middle of October.  September started really well with Jimmi Chew winning at Uttoxeter under a great ride by Harry Bannister.  Much deserved win for the horse and his Owners the Brackenbury Family. 

The Open Day was on the 8th September where we welcomed around 180 Owners and friends.  The weather was very kind and the sun shone all day long.  The horses all behaved themselves and everybody had a good day.

Since then we have been busy enough with runners with Just Marvin running really well to finish 2nd, Musical Stardust was a consitent as ever to be 3rd at Plumpton, Dandilion a good 4th and Methag ran great after a long lay off to finish a very close 2nd in a hot contest at Nottingham.

Today Jimmi Chew is back out at Huntingdon, amazingly the ground is still good, good to soft there after all of the rain we have had, hopefully he can run well again.  Tomorrow Maria goes up to Wetherby, she ran well last time out at Huntingdon so fingers crossed for her.  The Drone has entries at the weekend but there may be a to much rain around for him, we will have to wait and see.

It was good to welcome Kankin back from Andrew Cohens last month and along with him we have a lovely gelding by Gregorian who is another new recruit.  We bought a new horse from the sales called Love The Well which we are hoping to syndicate out if anybody is interested.  A couple of new horses also arrived last week Swilly Sunset and Jonjoela for a local syndicate.  As you can see we are busy, busy, busy!
