Radio Oxford In For Interview
This morning we had Radio Oxford in doing a Pre-Cheltenham Interview. At 7am a small car turned up with Radio Oxford splashed all over it and the next minute a huge aerial appeared from the roof. As the horses circled around the yard the string were very well behaved although Midnight Chorister nearly had a heart attack on the spot. They wanted live reports from a real Racing Yard which was a great idea to get the listeners really knowing what goes on. Alex was interviewed before the horses went out and then also at the top of the gallops. All went well, staff and horses all well behaved and hopefully it sounded good.
Tomorrow Salut Honore runs at Huntingdon, he has a bit of a break and hopefully he will run well. Other entries are Fidelor at Towcester on Thursday, Celebrian at Wolverhampton on Friday and Periquest at Uttoxeter on Saturday.
An afternoon watching Cheltenham is ahead, well half an afternoon which will be interrupted by the school run and swimming lessons!
