Happy New Year

2018 has blown in here at Alex Hales Racing with bitterly cold winds and rain.  That said, nothing can dampen the mood in camp as the first half of the National Hunt season has brought us 7 winners with 14 horses being placed (lots of 2nds/nearly winners) and over £73 000 in prizemoney.  The horses have been running well and the quality in the yard is improving all of the time.

We have also had lots of new horses in the past year including Dartagnan Le Dun, Florrie Knox, Topper Thornton, Tower Of Allen, Shiroccodee and  Shazzamataz.  We have also have a nice bunch of youngster which are coming through so again lots to look forward to.

We have also had new Owners join the yard, which again is great news.

Tomorrow Dartagnan Le Dun has his first run for us, it will be his first run in this Country and fingers crossed he puts up a good performance.  The ground everywhere is soft/heavy as the moment but coming over from France he should not mind that.
