New Years Day Winner

It was great to start the 2017 with a winner.  Shinooki improved on his 2nd place last time out to slog his way home to win at Fakenham on New Years Day.  Although the fields were quite small, the non stop rain all day made it quite hard work but with a fair bit of encouragement from Wayne Hutchinson, he got his nose in front when it mattered.

We were pleased with Periquest's run the day before, he travelled very well in himself and just got tired at the end.  A good run after a fair layoff and he will definitely come on for it.

A quiet few days ahead, next week we run The Otmoor Poet, it will be his first run for us and it will be interesting to see how he goes.  We still have some shares left in him if anybody is interested!
