Millers Bank Leads From Start to Finish!

Saturday saw the yard have three runners, Florrie Knox and Millers Bank at Bangor and Dandilion on the flat at Lingfield.

Florrie Knox was having his first run over fences and there was a real hot pot in his race rated 147.  We were keen for him to have a nice clear run around, mission accomplished and he managed to finish a good 3rd.  His owners were thrilled as were we and I think there is much to look forward to with him.

Millers Bank ran a cracking race, set off in front and stayed there until he crossed the line in front with his rivals lengths behind.  Really pleased for Steve Bocking his owner, it is the first horse he has owned on his own with us and we are so pleased Robbie is doing well for him.  Both Florrie Knox and Millers Bank were ridden as expertly as ever by Kielan Woods.

Dandilion was next down at Lingfield, she ran a cracking race to finish 2nd.  At one stage she looked like the wide draw was going to cost her dearly but she sprouted wings and would have got there had the race been 100yds longer.
